SSO login gets stuck in a redirect loop

Since this morning our whole team is unable to sign in via Okta SSO. The page keeps bouncing between your login screen and Okta until it errors out with “too many redirects”.

Thanks for flagging — a redirect loop usually means the ACS URL or clock skew on the IdP is off. Could you confirm the exact ACS URL configured in Okta so I can compare it against what we expect?

Here's the ACS URL from our Okta app: https://app.orbynadmin.com/auth/saml/callback. Let me know if that looks right.

That URL is correct. I've pushed a config change on our side to relax the assertion time window — please try again and let me know. I'm keeping this pending on your confirmation.
